The Cairn Hotel in Carrbridge offered a warm welcome and an impressively cozy room. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. I loved the local Glenlivet bottled water, showcasing their commitment to sustainability. Breakfast was a highlight. the options were delicious, and they happily accommodated my dietary preferences. the room, while clean, felt cramped and outdated, more reminiscent of the 80s than a modern experience. The shower cubicle was uncomfortably small, making it a bit tricky to use. Although I appreciated the cleanliness, I did expect a more 'deluxe' experience given the price. Despite a few shortcomings, the attentive staff and charming atmosphere made my stay enjoyable.

Exceptional dining experience and lovely staff!
I recently stayed for one night and was blown away by the food – the pigeon starter and blueberry cheesecake were particularly memorable! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, though the decor was a tad old-fashioned. Great location right in the heart of the village, making it easy to explore.
